The Mann Center for the Performing Arts

Join us for an evening of cocktails, dinner and an intimate performance by some of the country’s most promising emerging artists.  Each event is hosted in some of the region’s most beautiful private homes.

Past events have included:

Sean Grace
began his illustrious career at age 12 when he entered the Juilliard School of Music on scholarship. By the time he graduated from high school he was performing as a soloist with symphony orchestras and sharing the stage with some of jazz’s greatest musicians at New York’s Bottom Line.  Compared to both James Galway and Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull, Grace brings together the often disparate worlds of classical, jazz, celtic-folk, and progressive rock.

Shaunna Bolton, a fresh and fabulous singer/songwriter who masters both pop and country. She has opened for Lonestar, Avril Lavigne, Jo Dee Messina, The Righteous Brothers, Chicago, Beth Nielson Chapman, Neil McCoy, B52's, Huey Lewis and the News, and Montgomery Gentry.

Raul Midon is a multi-instrumentalist who straddles Latin, pop & jazz, with a hair-raising, show-stopping voice and dazzling guitar technique. His music has been described as an incredible combination of Stevie Wonder, Jose Feliciano, and Donny Hathaway. Blind since birth, Raul Midon is an amalgam of Stevie Wonder vocals, sophisticated songwriting, jazz harmonies and on top of it all, plays an amazing acoustic guitar.  Midon has performed at The Kennedy Center, Georgetown University, Congress Theatre, House of Blues and has recently appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman and Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
